About the Villa

Villa Siam's Thai style design was the brainchild of its Italian owner and is unique to Bali. The villa sits on the edge of the Kerobokan greenbelt surrounded by lush green rice terraces and blessed with warm breezes.

The main villa is laid out in a square with a wide terrace that encircles the large central courtyard. The terrace provides shelter when moving from room to room, from the sun or rain, depending upon the season. On the western side of the terrace is a stone plinth where a large gilded Buddha sits radiating peace and calm over the entire villa.

The Swimming Pool

The centerpiece of this beautiful villa has to be the unique 20 x 6 meter free form swimming pool. This is a great place to spend the day relaxing and on each side of the pool are sunbeds and tables and a gushing waterfall for when you need to cool off.

The Garden

The huge 3,000 meter garden also offers many places to sit and relax either with friends or alone. For the more adventurous there are many "Parit" or footpaths through the rice fields that lead down to the beach. There are also lots of "round robin" walks through the neighboring villages and across the fields for you to explore. This is an excellent way to meet the people and wildlife of Bali. Best attempted before breakfast or late afternoon as it gets hot here between 9am until around 3pm in the afternoon.

The Bedrooms

Villa Siam has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms connected to the central villa by a covered walkway. All bathrooms have their own bathrooms and showers, there is even a soothing tub in one of the bathrooms. If an additional bedroom is needed then the study can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom.

The predominant style throughout the villa is Thai and the house is filled with antique furniture, ornaments and trinkets collected from this region that compliment this theme.

Excellent Food

The cook at Villa Siam was schooled by the owner in several styles of cooking, with the main specialties being Indonesian. During your stay you can look forward to a mouthwatering variety of food, all you need do is supply the ingredients and cook will prepare and serve everything for you.

Entertainment

There is a computer controlled music system that pipes relaxing music throughout the villa. In the master bedroom there is Satellite TV and a stereo system for CD/VCD/DVD.

The restaurants, bars and clubs of Seminyak are only 10 minutes drive away so you are never far from the action if you want to enjoy a fun night out.

Rental Rates

Based on a minimum stay of four nights, the rental fee is US$ 650 per night.

Seasonal surcharges of 25% apply during July 1st to September 15th plus Xmas & New Year (December 20 to January 10).
