The Villa

Villa Prana is a luxury 3 bedroom home located in the tranquil village of Batu Belig, only a few minutes drive from fashionable Seminyak where you will discover some of the best known restaurants, clubs, bars & boutiques on the island.


This is an ideal holiday home for anyone looking for an affordable alternative to hotel accommodation. It offers all the facilities of more expensive properties and so represents excellent value for money. Villa Prana is only a short walk from the beach (300 meters away) and if you enjoy walking then the shops & restaurants of Kuta are only a 40 minute to 1 hour stroll along the beach.

There are many surf able breaks along this stretch of beach including one in front of the nearby hotel and the famous Canggu break is only a 30 minute walk.

Staff

The villa has 3 full time staff who will look after you during your visit. A cook is available for an extra fee and is experienced in both Asian & western cuisine, all you need to do is supply the ingredients and she will prepare, serve and even clean up.

Living Areas

There is a lounge with large double glass paneled doors that open onto a shady poolside terrace. These can be opened to give the feeling of open living, this is the traditional style which the local Balinese favor. At night the doors can be closed and locked for extra security. The villa is also surrounded by a high wall and one of the staff lives in the staff quarters at the rear of the villa so there is always someone home.

There are several places around the swimming pool where you can either relax on a sun bed, sit with friends for a drink or enjoy a meal. There are also some inflatable beds and rings provided for use in the swimming pool.

In the large indoor lounge there is a stereo system for playing CD's and Satellite TV with over 30 channels including over 5 movie channels, several sports and news channels. There is also a DVD player so you can watch your own movies too.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms fitted with large double beds and split air-conditioners. The master bedroom opens onto a small terrace and has a view of the swimming pool. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with hot & cold water, shower, wash basin and toilet. The master bedroom also comes equipped with a small safe for the security of your valuables.

The second and third bedroom are upstairs and have an en suite bathroom. Outside the landing of the first floor is a small terrace that can be opened to let in the sea breezes and is a nice place to sit with a drink and enjoy the famous Bali sunsets.

Rental Rates:

Based on a minimum stay of four nights, the rental fee is  USD195  per night for up to 4 adults 2 children.
