All villa rates (including discount rates) are subject to an additional 15% tax and service charge.

Low Season: US$1,400 per night - 2 nights minimum stay
January 09^th to June 30^th inclusive (excluding Easter week and Chinese New Year week). September 16^th - December 19^th inclusive.

High Season: US$1,850 per night - 5 nights minimum stay
July 1^st to 31^st July inclusive. September 1^st to 15^th September inclusive  Easter Week & Chinese New Year Week

Peak Season: US$2,450 per night - 10 nights minimum stay
August 1st to August 31^st inclusive, December 20^th - January 8^thinclusive.

• Luxury Villa for up to 12 Adults or 12 Adults and 4 children
• Full size tennis court. (Tennis coach is available for a small fee).

• Exclusive location on the beach close to Kuta and Denpasar, only a short. distances from recreational activities such as golf, Paragliding, Jet skiing.
• Horseback riding. Mount up directly from the villa available for a nominal fee.
